My Mission

Sharing the truth of Christ through the Bible and the Catholic Faith

Welcome to Path to Happiness! Whether you are completely new to the Catholic faith or have been raised in it your whole life, if you want to know more about why we believe what we believe and how that affects our day-to-day life, this blog is for you. While my writing will tend to be more relatable to teens and young adults, people of all ages are welcome to read it! Posts will be about various topics relating to the Bible, Catholic teaching, and the spiritual life. I will do my best to keep them relatively short, so some topics may be discussed across multiple weeks. If you have an idea that you’d like me to write about, let me know in the comments! I hope that this blog is useful for you on your path to happiness in Heaven, and I look forward to sharing more about the truth of Christ with you!

While I’d love to get back on a more regular posting schedule, my current work/school situation is making that extremely difficult. Posts will be out on an infrequent schedule, so look for communications through Facebook and Instagram, or subscribe to get new posts emailed to you!

Mission Statement

I firmly believe that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and that following Him through the church that He established is the only path to perfect happiness in Heaven. Thomas Aquinas states that “Final and perfect happiness can consist in nothing else than the vision of the Divine Essence” (ST I-II, q. 3, a. 8, ad 4). In other words, only in Heaven, in the presence of God, will we experience the fullness of the happiness for which we are made. My goal is to share this message with as many people as I can and to assist them on their way to Heaven by sharing the Truth of Christ from the Bible and the Catholic faith. I want to share with others what I have discovered about how to live a holy and happy life!

In all of my posts, my focus will be on sharing only the official teachings of the Church and other general facts, not my own opinion. That being said, this blog is not an official document of the Church, and I may occasionally make a mistake. If you notice something that seems inaccurate, please contact me right away and I will attempt to resolve the issue. Thank you!
